Tuscan Hills is a Gated, Resort Home Community with 90 Courtyard Villas and 70 Estate Villas, each with a 13 X 26 Screened Pool. The Mediterranean Style 2700 Sq. Ft. Clubhouse has a Fitness Room, Childs' Indoor Play Room, a Large Lounge, and a Covered Lanai looking out over a Tennis Court, Sand Volleyball Court, Tot Lot and Palm Garden.

Conveniently located on Highway 27, just minutes away from Walt Disney World and only one mile from Highway 192 with its abundance of shops and restaurants. A large Walmart store is no more than five minutes drive. The new (under construction) Posner Mall is also close by, and represents a huge development of designer outlets, eateries and a cinema complex. Many other attractions are close by including SeaWorld, Wet and Wild and Universal Studios. For those of you who enjoy a game of Golf, there are 2 golf courses within a 5 minute drive, which include the newly completed Champions Gate and the Leadbetter school of Golf, plus many more within a 20 mile radius.

3 Bedroom, 3 bathroom, East facing chalet style property. Master bedroom consists of King Size bed with en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has Full size bed and double closet. Bedroom 3 has Twin beds and a double closet. There is a family bathroom consisting of bath/shower, single basin and WC. The lounge has a 3 peice suite, 27" TV and patio doors to the pool area. The dining area seats 6. Fully equipped kitchen with bar area seating 2. There is a utility room with full size washer and dryer. To the rear there is a fully screened pool.

For the convenience of our guests, the management company is on site to help with anything you might require, including information on attractions and access to discounted park tickets - arrangements can be made on arrival.
