At the entrance you will find for your convenience a 24 hour super market, pharmacy, dry cleaners,pizza delivery, post office, and a bank, and now the new Wal-Mart store only a few minutes drive away. For visitors who enjoy golf there are a number of courses within a few minutes drive from the villa.

Beautiful luxury villa with double garage and a South East facing aspect. There are 4 bedrooms comprising; Queen master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 Double room with en-suite bathroom and crib, 2 Twin rooms and a further family bathroom. Upon entering the property there is a pleasant seating area, separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and main lounge. To the rear there is a fully screened-in patio with heatable pool and it overlooks conservation areas.
