Tuscan Hills is a Gated, Resort Home Community with 90 Courtyard Villas and 70 Estate Villas, each with a 13 X 26 Screened Pool. The Mediterranean Style 2700 Sq. Ft. Clubhouse has a Fitness Room, Childs' Indoor Play Room, a Large Lounge, and a Covered Lanai looking out over a Tennis Court, Sand Volleyball Court, Tot Lot and Palm Garden. Conveniently located on Highway 27, just minutes away from Walt Disney World and only one mile from Highway 192 with its abundance of shops and restaurants. A large Walmart store is no more than five minutes drive. The new (under construction) Posner Mall is also close by, and represents a huge development of designer outlets, eateries and a cinema complex. Many other attractions including SeaWorld, Universal, Wet and Wild, plus three championship golf courses, are all within easy reach.

Brand new lovely house. 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 en-suites, North facing. Master bedroom has Queen bed, patio doors to pool. Master bathroom has 2 basins, corner tub, separate shower and WC. Bedroom # 2 has Queen bed and en-suite bathroom has bath/shower, W.C. and doors to pool area. Bedroom # 3 has double bed and en-suite bath/shower, WC. Bedroom # 4 and # 5 both have Twin beds and double closet. Family bathroom has bath/shower and W.C. Dining area seats 6 and breakfast nook seats 4. Lounge has 3 seater, 2 seater, armchair and 27" TV. The lounge also has patio doors to the pool area. Kitchen is fully equipped. To the rear of the home has a screened in pool.
