Tuscan Hills is a Gated, Resort Home Community with 90 Courtyard Villas and 70 Estate Villas, each with a 13 X 26 Screened Pool. The Mediterranean Style 2700 Sq. Ft. Clubhouse has a Fitness Room, Childs' Indoor Play Room, a Large Lounge, and a Covered Lanai looking out over a Tennis Court, Sand Volleyball Court, Tot Lot and Palm Garden. Conveniently located on Highway 27, just minutes away from Walt Disney World and only one mile from Highway 192 with its abundance of shops and restaurants. A large Walmart store is no more than five minutes drive. The new (under construction) Posner Mall is also close by, and represents a huge development of designer outlets, eateries and a cinema complex. Many other attractions including SeaWorld, Universal, Wet and Wild, plus three championship golf courses, are all within easy reach.

King size bed in master bedroom #1 with patio doors to pool area, bathroom has 2 basins, shower, WC. Bedroom # 2 has Queen bed, en-suite bathroom has garden tub, shower, single basin, WC. Bedrooms # 3 & #4 both have Twin beds.
