Inspection Trips
If you are ready to move forward and in a position to purchase your dream home, we offer the best all-round service to make buying a property abroad a smooth process for all our clients.
We offer inspection trips for all our destinations and if you purchase through Overseas Property Showcase we will refund the cost incurred for the trip (flights, accommodation etc) up to a maximum of £500 per couple (if purchase an off plan property) or £200 per couple if purchase a resale property.

Generally, most inspection visits consist of a 3 night, 4 day trip and include flights and accommodation. Regular flights from most regional airports (subject to availability), you choose the dates and we do the rest.
We don’t run the usual Inspection Trips; ours are informative, individual, varied and therefore superior. We treat all our clients on a one to one basis and unlike many companies there is no pressure! Not only will you get to see NEW and RESALE properties but you will get to see the area as well.
We assist you all the way through from sourcing flights and accommodation, collecting you from the airport, escorting you around the many different areas and showing you suitable properties that actually match your criteria and are within your budget. We will guide and assist you step by step through the buying process, from the minute you find the right property, through to the final day of completion and beyond. Unlike many of our competitors our after sales is also included.
If you are planning on visiting the country of your choice independently or for a holiday and would still like to view those properties which we recommend you see (there are plenty out there which we wouldn't recommend!), we can arrange for you to be met by one of our colleagues whilst there. This way, you can be assured that you are dealing with a reputable company and that you can benefit from our support and services when back in the UK. As we do not charge any fees and the prices are exactly the same as advertised overseas, you have absolutely nothing to lose but an awful lot to gain!
